Being with the sea and witnessing positive change in others are what light Jane up. Sometimes, she gets to do both.
Jane is a sea‑loving ADHD coach, cancer coach, and leadership facilitator who supports people through personal and professional transition and change. After a long career in pharmaceutical sales specialising in oncology, she now blends corporate insight with coastal wisdom to help individuals and teams boost emotional wellbeing, resilience, communication, and collaboration.
Her coaching integrates Blue Health principles, Appreciative Inquiry, and eudaimonic wellbeing practices, strengths, values, meaning, and purpose, creating an evidence‑based approach that is also intuitive, sensory, and creative. With accreditations ranging from ILM5 coaching to foraging, Jane invites clients to explore their emotional wellbeing through the ever‑changing land and seascape and the natural rhythms of blue space, using the sea as both mirror and mentor.
Raised on childhood holidays at Studland Beach, where she now coaches, Jane believes in caring for the ocean as it cares for us, championing biodiversity as much as neurodiversity. From the proceeds of her beach based coaching, she donates to the Seahorse Trust to protect the seahorses and their natural habitat in this area.
Alongside 1:1 ADHD and cancer coaching, Jane facilitates leadership and development programmes, ADHD courses, sauna socials, and neurodivergent beach walks. She co‑authored A CWH Quickstart Guide for Building Resilience and has led grant‑funded wellbeing projects in her community. She also works with various cancer charities and is listed in the Cancer Care Map and ADHD UK coaching directory.
Wholehearted, insightful, and deeply human, Jane doesn’t pretend life is tidy. Her own story is beautifully messy, and resilience is in her DNA. Combining strategic insight with a calm, grounded presence, she brings clarity, compassion, and a light‑hearted ease to the conversation. With sensitivity and thoughtfulness, she helps others navigate uncertainty, guiding them to rediscover their inner compass and to step into leadership, life, and love with authenticity and courage
“Everything we need is within” is Jane’s coaching philosophy. What can we learn from nature about resourcing ourselves and adapting to life’s ups and downs? Identifying her clients’ purpose, meaning, signature strengths and values is part of this process. Adapting to change can be uncomfortable and, like trees, this can be when we grow the most. When we create the right conditions, we can blossom.
When we really see and experience nature, we really see and experience ourselves. It’s like looking in the mirror.
